SkewXCI

• PURPOSE:The SkewXCI package provides a point estimate and three types of confidence intervals (the likelihood ratio, Fieller's and delta methods) of the measure for the skewness of X chromosome inactivation based on case-control design. This package also gives the values of the test statistics and the p values of the corresponding hypothesis testing.
• NOTE: This package was built on R (version 3.5.1 with 64-bit). Users should install and use the package under the R (version 3.5.1 with 64-bit) environment. The SkewXCI package will use the R packages “nleqslv” and “rootSolve”. Therefore, make sure that these packages have been installed into R.
